CAPABILITIES: EVOLVING ORGANIZATIONAL DNA

DEI PROGRAM DESIGN, MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT

A programmatic approach specifically designed to support RFP and RFI responses and contractual obligations. Services include contract review with obligation summary and compliance auditing, program design, including internal and external program recommendations (e.g., workforce, small business, youth engagement), and governance infrastructure recommendations needed to execute projects successfully. 

DEI PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Partnering with executives and project teams for inclusivity strategy, including vision, alignment to existing values, policies, priorities, short- and long-term roadmaps. Assists in minimizing risk for inclusivity blind spots. 

CONSULTANT, CLIENT REPRESENTATION, STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS

Consultant, client representation, and community liaison—DEI face of the organization, and connection to key stakeholders. Assists in connecting clients to key decision makers and key stakeholder introduction and relationship development.  

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP (ERG) TRAINING / TEAM ENGAGEMENT

Development of internal training for ERGs, including frameworks, facilitation, and progress reports that include retention, promotion, and development data and insights. Trainings customized based on client’s needs and team DEI development goals. 

INCLUSIVE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION

Strategy and implementation of inclusive communications. Full-service marketing and communications capabilities, including website development with monthly updates, newsletter development, distribution, reporting, manager tool kits, event handouts, and additional support or materials based on contractual obligations, all aligned with existing branding standards. 

TRAINING / EDUCATION & OUTREACH

Internal and external training/workshop development & implementation, owner liaison communications during project planning and implementation stages that align with the construction schedule or project pursuits. Extensive experience serving as a community resource for outreach to small businesses, workforce, and youth for careers in construction. In addition, we cater to client needs by developing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related training and providing critical support for events serving as speaker, training leader, and curriculum development lead while participating in events/training. 

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION & FACILITATION

For certified firms (externally) or employees, we design, develop, implement, and facilitate mentorship development training programs, including analysis of existing tools within the organization, development, and implementation of objectives, program components, goals, and metrics, messaging, mentor/mentee communications, monitoring progress, and reporting. Program participant groups may include ERGs, emerging leaders, and/or subcontractor on-boarding through coordinating and monitoring engagement. In addition, we provide project support activities for DBEs requiring technical assistance, such as certification, bonding, insurance, financial, business development, business matchmaking, or other supportive services. 

SOCIAL IMPACT, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & CHARITABLE GIVING STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION

Assist clients in increasing economic impacts through strategic engagement by maximizing local participation, removing barriers, and engaging community-based organizations and groups. This approach builds strong community partnerships that result in positive economic impacts within impacted communities.
